Dona-al (Tinawon White)

Dona-al grains are grown in the municipality of Banaue, Ifugao. With its medium, creamy white grains, Dona-al is a luxurious choice for traditional rice cuisines such as paella. It has an almost magical ability to capture a diverse amount of flavors upon cooking.
