Innawi (Tinawon White)

The Innawi variety are grown in Banaue, Ifugao. Innawi grains possesses muted pearly white color, and it has short and round grains that absorb flavors making ideal for risotto.

Cooking Method:

In a saucepan, pot, or paella pans over the stove, bring water to a boil and stir in rice. Cover, reduce heat and simmer until all water is absorbed.
